RCC Innovation Awards
At the request of President Cathy Kemper-Pelle, Rogue Community College started the Innovation Award to recognize RCC faculty and staff for outstanding, innovative work that has contributed to the College’s growth and quality of service. Nominations for the award are made every March.
Anyone employed by Rogue Community College may nominate individuals or teams for an Innovation Award. The Executive Team selects recipients based on the nominations received. If no nominations meet the caliber for individual and/or team awards, no award is made that year.
Awardees are eligible to present their work at the League for Innovation conference as well as compete for the national Innovation of the Year recognition sponsored by the League.
Individual achievements are recognized based on the following criteria:

Individual Innovation Award Process: An award for any RCC employed whose achievements promote college excellence through extraordinary innovation.
