RCC Enrollment Forms for Students
To use these forms, please download the PDF you need (Windows: "right-click" or Apple: "hold the control button while you click the link"). Then choose "Save Link As" which will open a window for you to choose where to save the file. Use your computer's browser window (Windows>"File Explorer" or Apple>"Finder") to open the PDF file in Acrobat. The Free Acrobat Reader software can be found at the link. Some of these forms (.pdf) will not work in an internet browser window. Be sure to save the filled out form, and submit the form to whatever is instructed specifically on the form. Best used with a desktop computer.

- Grade Appeal Process
- Appeal process used when a student believes that their grade was not evaluated properly.
- Grade Change Petition
- Used when a student believes a miscalculation of the final points, scores, and/or grades occurred. Students must provide the supporting documentation showing the grade miscalculation.

- I was a Non-Resident and I want to apply for In-District Oregon Residency.
- Students with permanent residence in OR, WA, ID, CA, and NV are considered in-district and receive the in-district tuition rate.
