Existing and potential business owners will learn about business planning as it relates to their businesses and have time to begin creating or expanding their own plans. Learn about strategies, executive summaries, sales and marketing analysis, and forecasting sales, expenses, and profitability. Bring a thumb drive to save your work. Consists of four sessions. Class held at the Small Business Development Center. A $5 technology fee will be added.

NOTE: This course qualifies for 12 credit hours in CCB Residential Continuing Education: Series A and LCB Continuing Education. RCC Small Business Development Center is responsible for the content of this course. Please advise the SBDC 541-956-7494 you are seeking continuing education credits so we can give you the proper documentation. This course can also be used to satisfy continuing education credits for massage therapy.
