RCC’s Workforce Training provides a variety of work-based training and employment development services, including support to regional economic development and local manufacturing, and customized training, plus workforce and management workshops. For more information call 245-7900 or 956-7116 or go to the new non-credit registration site for our programs.

Unless otherwise noted, Workforce Training Classes in Josephine County are held on the Redwood Campus (RWC), 3345 Redwood Hwy., Grants Pass. Jackson County classes are held at the RCC Table Rock Campus, Workforce Training Center, 7800 Pacific Ave., White City.

Courses prepare trainees for entry-level jobs or advancement in selected career fields. Training focuses on job-related skills, is completed within a few weeks to a few months, and may lead directly to employment placement or advancement. Short-term skills training allows industry-specific instruction and lab time to be completed in a hands-on setting with modern equipment and trade-experienced instructors. Most training is offered for no credit although continuing education units (CEUs) may apply.
