The RCC criminal justice programs provide academic preparation for working in law enforcement, court, and corrections environments. The program prepares students to work in local, state, and federal government agencies and private sector public safety services such as security services. A Criminal Justice student wants to help their community. They have a craving to make a difference and become part of the solution.

Courses address crime, delinquency, punishment, diversity, law, policy, system characteristics, ethics, professionalism and effective communication and practices, and problem solving.
