Description:
The Pacific Forest Foundation (PFF) scholarship program is offered to students who are, or will be, studying in forestry-related areas. PFF will accept applications starting on January of each year. The applications must be received in the PFF office no later than May 1st of the same year.

The PFF plans to award 5 to 10 scholarships annually; scholarships range from $1,000 to $3,000 each. The scholarship is available to help supplement costs of tuition and books. The scholarship will be sent directly to the recipient's school and deposited into the student's account. If a recipient does not attend a university, community college or trade school during the year the scholarship is awarded, the total amount of the scholarship will be returned to the Pacific Forest Foundation.

The applications are reviewed by the PFF scholarship committee with the final selection of recipients made at the PFF Summer Board Meeting (July). Recipients will be notified by mail after that date.

•Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Welding

•Resource Management

•Diesel Mechanics

•Welding

•Other forest and timber industry-related areas of study

Your application must be received in the PFF office no later than May 1st of the school year you are applying for.
