Eligibility: This scholarship program is open to all legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of application and are planning to enroll in a previously unattended Institution in the United States. This scholarship is not open to residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island or other states or territories in which registration, bonding or other regulatory activities, if any, are required. Scholarship recipients must enroll in a qualified Institution of his or her choice within 1 year of the date the recipient is notified of winning the scholarship, and subsequently maintain such enrollment throughout the entire applicable program term. Scholarship applications must be complete and accurate to the best of applicant's knowledge and belief. Scholarship submissions must include the completed scholarship application, short answer questions and video entry (if applicable)
