AAG's Do Something Good Grant (ID 3279)

Scholarship Description

Start Date:
As part of our commitment to helping American seniors, AAG’s Do Something Good Grant is recognizing people like you – energetic, compassionate individuals, who dedicate a portion of their time giving random acts of kindness to senior citizens through community service, volunteering, and caregiving. So, whether you deliver food to housebound seniors to make sure they always have warm meals or simply lend an open hand for companionship, we want to shine a spotlight on you.

To win $1,500, entrants will be judged on their photo and caption, which tell the story of how they have helped senior citizens in their local community.

To enter, upload an original photo of yourself helping out the senior community (e.g. setting up a special event, volunteering at the reception desk, cooking at a soup kitchen, etc.), along with a caption - in 100 words or less, explaining what you do for seniors.

Grant submission ends on December 31, 2017.
