Paul has been a resident of the Rogue Valley for the past 15 years. Born in Cuba he grew up in Glendale California. Paul attended Glendale Community college, and then transferred to Cal State LA. When Paul and his wife Sharon married they moved to Santa Clarita, California. After their two sons were born they moved to the Rogue Valley. Paul and his family enjoy the outdoors, tennis, skiing, crabbing in Bandon, Oregon. For the most part his sons are grown up. Ryan the oldest is a graduate of Pacific University in Forest Grove and Craig attends the University of Oregon in Eugene. Paul is self employed and owns an insurance (Farmers Insurance) and real estate (Paul Garcia Real Estate) agency. In addition, he has been an instructor with RCC and the National Traffic Safety Institute for a total of 5 years. Paul has enjoyed teaching teen and adult students both in the classroom and in the vehicle.
