The Counseling Department provides retention and support services to both current and potential students. Our goal is to help you succeed and make the most of your RCC experience. The counselors, advisors and support staff work together to bring you a variety of services. Counselors can offer assistance with:

• Returning to school and adjusting to changes
• Making career and educational decisions
• Developing academic plans for accomplishing your goals
• Improving interpersonal communication skills
• Coping with stress and anxiety
• Strengthening student success

You may contact counselors or advisors directly during their posted office hours, or stop by the counseling department on one of our three campuses:

The Counseling Department office hours are:

• Riverside Campus & Redwood Campus - Monday through Friday 8a.m.-5p.m.; 8a.m.-6p.m. on Tuesdays  
• Table Rock Campus - 9am-5pm Thursdays;
  Please note: Coming soon--Video-conference Counseling available for Table Rock students Tuesday & Friday, 9am-4pm.
  
• Personal Counseling is available to all enrolled students, by appointment only. There is no cost to the student for Personal Counseling services.
