YES! (You Expect Success) Women's Resource Center at Rogue Community College works to promote gender equity by raising awareness of issues based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, class, ethnicity, age, and ability. We offer support on campus and in the surrounding community through services and programs on a variety of gender issues.

Goals

• YES! will work to increase awareness of and sensitivity to issues facing women in order to build a more supportive, dynamic atmosphere on campus and to encourage the personal growth and development of students.
  
• YES! will raise awareness of inequities that are based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, class, ethnicity, age and ability.
  
• YES! will educate students about violence against women and provide support and advocacy for survivors.
  
• YES! will serve as a referral base, establishing a supportive network of campus and community resources that foster personal enrichment and empowerment for all students at Rogue Community College.
