Lean Business Practices

Business Practices

Doing more with less is an ongoing reality in today’s workplace. This requires a commitment to eliminate duplication and waste in all areas of your process.

Lean means streamlining work flow for greater efficiency to focus on customer needs rather than on organizational bureaucracy.

Maximize your financial and human resources by discovering how to work smarter, not harder. We can help you "run lean" by working with you to develop Lean business practices.

RCC customized training partners with Southern Oregon High Performance Consortium (SOHPEC) and local workforce development agencies to fund, develop and implement Lean philosophy training for organizations and businesses.

SOHPEC currently runs an eight-week training model that enables companies to quickly realize the benefits of investing in Lean practices and culture. This training model begins with getting "buy-in" from your company's leadership and includes "Kaizen" or process improvement events at your work site. In addition, RCC customized training offers a Lean Practitioner Series that can be tailored to your organization's mission and training needs.
