Notes:
Students must complete the Core Requirements and then select either a concentration in 30 credits of Physical Education, or 30 credits of Health Studies. Both concentrations are required for students planning to enter the teacher education program.
PEH courses must be completed with a grade of "C" or better.
Complete a standard health-related fitness test achieving the 65th percentile or above.

Additional Requirements:
The Writing Proficiency Examination must be passed by all EOU students prior to graduation
To complete the degree requirement a student would need to add an additional credit of practicum to meet the 60 hours in the major.
