1. Newly admitted students to OSU who select business administration as their major are automatically accepted into the College of Business with no further application process.

2. Students must have a 2.50 GPA in all course work taken in the College of Business. NOTE: Only grades earned in courses completed at OSU are used in the 2.50 grade-point average computation.

3. Students must choose and complete one of the following options offered within the College of Business: Accounting, Finance, General Business, International Business, Management, Management Information Systems, or Marketing Management.

4. In addition to the major requirements, a minor in a non-business area is required.

Additional Requirements:
1. Students who are not completing the AAOT or ASOT will be required to meet OSU's Baccalaureate Core requirements. Please refer to the Baccalaureate Course Equivalency link below for requirements.

2. In addition to the Baccalaureate Core requirements, students must meet the requirements for the BA/BS degree. Requirements for the BA degree differ significantly from those for a BS degree in the same department. Many departments offer only one or the other of the two baccalaureate degrees. Check departmental curricula for detailed information. The BA degree requires foreign language proficiency equivalent to that attained at the end of the second year course in the language.

3. For transfer admission, OSU requires completion of 36 transfer credits, with a minimum 2.25 GPA and completion of WR 121, and Math 111.
