Notes:
1. Admission to the Sociology department is based upon general admission to the University.

2. Up to 10 credits in sociology courses graded with P/NP can be applied toward fulfilling departmental major requirements.

Additional Requirements:
1. Students transferring with the AAOT have completed all lower-division general education requirements. However, students will be required to complete the University Studies requirements. This is a general education program that is specific only to PSU, and the courses required are based upon the number of transfer credits. 2. To be admitted as a transfer student, resident applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.00 in 30 quarter credits of transferable college work from a regionally accredited institution
