Notes:
1. The University of Oregon requires that 24 credits of biology which apply to the major be taken at the University of Oregon.
2. Biology majors have the option of concentrating their studies in one of the five emphasis areas: ecology and evolution; human biology; marine biology; molecular, cellular, and developmental biology; or neuroscience and behavior. Students will receive written recognition from the department upon completion of requirements for these concentrations.

1. Students who are not completing the AAOT will be required to meet
U of O Group Requirements. Please refer to the general education link below for these requirements.

2. In addition to the Group Requirements, students must meet the requirements for the BA/BS degree. Please refer to the BA/BS degree link below for the specifics on this requirement.

3. For transfer admission, U of O requires completion of 36 transfer credits with a minimum 2.25 GPA and completion of Wr 121 and Math 111.
