Successful students are involved in their education both in and out of the classroom. Research has shown that involved students have a better chance of reaching their academic and personal goals. At Rogue Community College, there are a variety of ways that students can be involved.

At Rogue Community College, you can meet new people and participate in student government. Student Government, ASRCC, plans activities and events. You may choose to run for office or volunteer for a committee. You can join one of the clubs chartered by ASRCC each year. More more information contact ASRCC 956-7033.

Honors and Honor Societies
Students with overall grade point averages of 3.5 or higher on all academic course work are awarded a gold tassel to wear at Commencement. Upon official certification of all academic course work, graduating students are eligible for diplomas and transcripts annotated "with honors".

Phi Theta Kappa
In 1980 the Alpha Zeta Pi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for students in community colleges, was chartered at Rogue Community College.
