- Trying to get gluten out of your life and still eat deliciously? This class will give you the tools you need to start baking without gluten! We'll make a master flour mixture and apply non-gluten baking techniques to making quick breads and muffins, simple doughs for pies and tarts, cookies and even pasta! You'll be amazed at how just using other ingredients and techniques can have you baking gluten-free deliciously!
