RCC President, Peter Angstadt began a new tradition at Rogue Community College for faculty and staff who exemplify a spirit of service to students and/or who are able to create solutions that foster and grow the college. 

Nominees are selected by their peers and the college president selects individual awardees twice per year.  The award includes a privately funded cash bonus (the amount depends upon the number of awards given and the amount of funds available).  All RCC employees are eligible. 

If you would like to nominate someone, simply email the college president:  pangstadt@roguecc.edu with the person’s name and a 3-5 paragraph description of why you think the nominee should be honored.
