Carmen joined the RCC Marketing and Recruitment Department in 2011. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and communications with an emphasis in advertising and marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Carmen’s career has included various sectors of the communications industry, some of which include advertising sales, graphic design, marketing development, vendor relations, and production and business management.
