Learning Centers
Provide basic skills instruction including citizenship, GED test preparation, basic skills instruction, adult basic education including math, reading, and spelling. English as a Second Language (ESL) is offered at four ability levels, ranging from Level 1` for those speaking no English, to Level 4 for participants with near-native skills.

Not all services are offered at each center. Enrollment is open throughout the year based on space availability. For more information contact one of the following centers:

College Connections
Call (541) 245-7701, Riverside Campus. This class helps ESL students prepare to move into mainstream RCC credit programs and provides support in language skills.

The center has art and artifacts from various cultures and offers a place for students to relax and study.

Sister Margarita Acosta Scholarship - Rogue Community College and Providence Medford Medical Center through the Sister Margarita Acosta Scholarship has been established to better achieve their respective missions of service to students and patients. Over $30,000 a year in scholarships is offered to qualified students, one of them being of an ethnic cultural minority background, to pursue a career in a health-related field. Office of Diversity

Offers student recruitment, retention services and support for students enrolled in RCC classes (credit or non-credit). The office maintains a list of college resources and services to the Latino community as well as a list of Spanish-speaking staff at RCC.
