Part-time faculty and students are not eligible for Employee Assistance Plan. Types of Problems: Drug and alcohol abuse, marital problems, family problems, grief, major illness, life stressors. Completely professional and confidential services at no cost to RCC employees for the first four visits. Referral to another resource may result in a fee, but may be at least partially covered by your health insurance.
