Estimating Medical Expenses

If you are considering enrolling in an unreimbursed medical flexible spending account (FSA), you will want to estimate your out of pocket medical expenses for the coming calendar year. Regence BCBS provides online resources to assist members in estimating health care costs. Members can set up a logn at www.myRegence.com using the information on their ID cards. Once a login is set up, members can:

• Review claim activity and access explanation of benefits (EOBs) from Regence BlueCross BlueShield for the calendar year (click on My Navigator, then View Claims).
• Estimate your annual health care costs by using the Health Cost Estimator (click on My Advisor, then Health Cost Estimator).
