RCC provides a number of classes and services for Hispanic students. These include a wide range of offerings for people who speak little or no English. Many are free of charge and some include childcare. RCC works cooperatively with many local community organizations including The Job Council, area school districts, Head Start, Oregon Department of Labor, and numerous other agencies to provide these programs.
