Connecting iOS to RCC email

This guide will help you connect your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad to your roguecc.edu email. The screenshots in this guide are from an iPad running version 7.0.6 of the iOS. Your screens may vary. Click on each picture to see it in full size.

Open the Settings Menu

Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Add Account

Tap Microsoft Exchange

Add Account

Enter your roguecc.edu email address.

Enter your Password

Enter a description if you like.

It will now attempt to verify the settings.  Verifying 
If you are online, it will successfully find the correct settings from our server.  Success 
You can choose what to synchronize with the server. Make sure to tap Save.   Options 
   
To edit an existing account, or change the settings, tap the account in the list.   Edit Account 
Tap the email address to see the account settings.  account name 
Email should be your full Roguecc.edu email address.
Server is outlook.office365.com
Domain is blank.
Username needs to be your full email address.
Description is entirely up to you.
