RCC Commencement 2013
Commencement - for students earning their degree and/or certificate will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2013 on the Redwood Campus (Grants Pass) in the Marjorie Holzgang Concert Bowl. Streaming video will be available on the RCC home page.
The ceremony will begin precisely at 6:30 pm. Graduates should arrive at 5:30 pm to check-in for the line-up. Students will line-up by their degree/program. Additional details will be e-mailed to graduates in May.
Guest Seating - The concert bowl is steeply sloped and grassy. Guest Chair seating is limited; for best seating, guests should arrive early. For a cooler option and/or for guests that need special accommodations the ceremony will be broadcast live inside the Rogue Auditorium. Family and friends, who are unable to attend, may watch the ceremony via a streaming video on their personal computer. Degree Application Deadline - The deadline to submit a Graduation Application and have your name appear in the commencement Program was April 5.
Purchasing Cap/Gown/Tassels - Order your cap/gown/tassel set at the Bookstores today, it's not too late!
Purchasing Announcements - Starting May 13, you may purchase announcements for $.25 each, during normal business hours at the following locations:- (Medford Campus), RVC Bookstore
- (Grants Pass Campus), RWC Bookstore
- (White City Campus), TRC Rogue Central
- (Medford Campus), RVC Bookstore

At the end of Winter 2013 quarter follow this link to check your cumulative GPA Honor cords must be purchased no later than 4:00 pm Friday, June 14.
Ordering PTK stole and tassel - Phi Theta Kappa graduates may order PTK stoles and tassels from this link Phi Theta Kappa Recognitions Online. The deadline for ordering PTK stole and tassel is June 3.
Picking up pre-ordered Cap/Gown/Tassels - Starting in June, you may pick up your pre-ordered Cap/Gown/Tassel (if ordered by the April 27 deadline) at the following locations:
(Medford Campus), RVC Bookstore
(Grants Pass Campus), RWC Bookstore
(White City Campus), TRC Rogue Central
Cap/Gown/Tassels must be picked up no later than 4:00 pm Friday, June 14. If you placed your order between April 29 and May 16 your Cap/Gown/Tassel set will be shipped to you (for an extra charge).
