a Call for Entries for the 2009 Exhibit Season

Entries:  All media are acceptable. Proposals must be supported by slides or digital files. 

Eligibility:  Open to all artists 18 years of age or older.  All entries must be original and have been executed within the last two years.

Shipping:  The artist will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the Gallery.

Fee:  $10.00 processing fee

Slides:    Each slide should have the name of the artist, title, size and medium.  Each slide must be marked with a red dot in the lower left-hand corner.

Digital Files:  Files should be no larger than 640x480 and saved in the highest quality jpeg.

Deadline:  The deadline for submission of slides is postmarked May 9, 2008
                     Notification by June 20, 2008.

To Enter:  Send 20 slides or digitals files, resume, artist’s statement, fee and SASE to:
