GED Testing/Registration
October 5 - December 2, 2009
You must attend a scheduled “Registration Session” before testing. These sessions take approximately three hours. Eligibility will be verified, necessary paperwork completed, schedules distributed and general testing procedures reviewed.

Registration Requirements
You will be required to present the following documentation at registration:- Valid DMV ID showing your current address. Passports or Military ID may be accepted if accompanied by proof of address.
- Receipt of Payment for the non-refundable fee of $110.00. For more information contact Rogue Central Services.
- Original Social Security Card showing your current name.
Additional Requirements if you are a High School Student
If you are an underage high school student (16 and 17 years) or older (18 through 20 years) still in association with your high school you are required to obtain and present at registration:
- An Exemption from Compulsory Education (obtain from your school)
- or Oregon Options Program paperwork (contact a RCC Learning Center or your school):
- The Purple Bubble Sheet
- An Authorization to Test Letter
- A Release of GED Test Information
NOTE: If you are under age 18, a parent must sign the forms.
If you are a home-school student under the age of 18 you must report to SOESD in Medford (541-776-6764) to obtain the required Oregon Options Program documentation for presentation at registration:
- The Purple Bubble Sheet
- An Authorization to Test Letter
- A Parent Assurance Form
- (A Release of GED Test Information will be provided by the Test Center and must be signed by a parent.)
Since the above documentation is used to verify eligibility to take the GED tests, you will not be permitted to register if any of this documentation is missing.
Spanish and French Tests are available. Please request them at time of registration.
