Student Installment Payment Plan

Online Installment Tuition Application
Installment Tuition is now within Student Resources.
After you register for your classes, you will have the option of selecting installment tuition.
- You must be enrolled in a credit course OR a short-term skills training course with a total charge of $65 or more, provide a valid Social Security number, and have a satisfactory credit history with RCC.
- Initial Payment must be made by per term deadlines. This includes ALL students even those with financial aid pending.
- Student chooses payments on pre-determined dates.
- A non-refundable late fee of $15.00 will be assessed one day after the installment payment for each missed payment.
- YOU MUST PERSONALLY BE PRESENT to set up the student installment payment plan. Friends or parents will not be able to initiate your payment plan.
- You are responsible for fulfilling the payment agreement if a class is dropped after the refund period
