Buying Books Before Your Financial Aid Funds Arrive

Through Bookstore Authorizations, you can charge your textbooks at the RCC Bookstore and they'll be paid through your financial aid award - right along with your tuition and fees.

Eligibility

To charge your textbooks at the RCC Bookstore you must:
  • Be enrolled at RCC
  • Maintain financial aid eligibility
  • Be making satisfactory academic progress
  • Not owe a refund on a federal grant or be in default on a federal education loan.
  • And when you check out, you must sign an Authorization allowing RCC to deduct bookstore charges from your financial aid award
Financial Aid recipients may charge purchases at the bookstore shortly before the start of each new term:
