Student installment payment plan
requirements have changed

Online Installment Tuition Application
Installment Tuition is now within Student Resources.
After you register for your classes, you will have the option of selecting installment tuition.

  • You must be enrolled in a credit course OR or a short-term skills training course with a total charge of $75 or more, provide a valid Social Security number or Student ID, and have a satisfactory credit history with RCC.
  • A non-refundable late fee of $15.00 will be assessed one day after the installment payment for each missed payment.
  • You have the option of setting up your student installment payment plan online within Student Resoures or you can come in and set it up. However, you must personally be present to set up the student installment payment plan. Friends or parents will not be able to initiate your credit line.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling the payment agreement if a class is dropped after the refund period.
