Description:
To apply for the scholarship, candidates will create a 2-minute video and post it online (YouTube or Vimeo are preferred), and send the link to [email protected] or send it using the form below. Your video will not be used for any purposes other than selecting the winner and should answer the following question:

“How can you as a new driver help to
reduce road fatalities among your peers?”

The Driving-Tests.org Scholarship (Scholarship) consists of a video entry for high school juniors and seniors, and undergraduate university or college students between the ages of 17 and 25 at the time of entry. The Scholarship is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who, at the time of entry are:
High school juniors and seniors who will complete their high school graduation requirements by July 2017 and who intend to attend a U.S. accredited college or university (or the equivalent thereof) beginning in the fall of 2017;
OR
Undergraduate college or university students (or the equivalent thereof) who are currently attending a U.S. accredited college or university between the ages of 17 – 25 at time of entry.
Entrants into the scholarship must meet the required criteria. Potential winners must be able to present proof of eligibility and failure to provide proof may result in disqualification. Immediate family members (children, siblings) of employees of Driving-Tests.org or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies and anyone involved in the development, production, distribution of materials for, judging or coordination of this Scholarship, and persons living in the same household of such employees whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
Special Criteria:
Entrants for the Scholarship must be a registered member of YouTube* or Vimeo* in order to submit an entry.
TO ENTER, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Step 1: During the Scholarship period, visit the Scholarship page located at Driving-Tests.org/scholarship and read the video submission requirements and rules for the Scholarship.
Step 2: Create a video answering the following question: How can you as a new driver help to reduce road fatalities among your peers? The video should be no longer than 2 minutes and must meet the Entry Criteria and Objectives.
Step 3: Review and accept the Official Rules of the Scholarship.
Step 4: Once the video is created, upload it to your YouTube or Vimeo account. To submit your video into the Scholarship, go to Driving-Tests.org/scholarship to complete the Scholarship Entry Form and submit the link to your video. LIMIT: One entry per person. Additional entries after the first entry from the same Entrant will be void.
