Eligibility: 1.Full-time Oregon college/university undergraduate accounting majors, post baccalaureate and masters program students are eligible to apply for $1,000 - $3,000 scholarships. Must attend one of the accredited Oregon colleges or universities in the fall.
2.Full-time Oregon community college students, including Oregon residents at any state community college, planning to transfer to an accredited Oregon college or university in the fall to major in accounting are eligible to apply for $1,000 - $3,000 scholarships.
3.Full-time Oregon community college students studying accounting, and who are planning on a career in accounting, are eligible to apply for $500 scholarships.
4.Scholarships will be awarded based on scholastic ability and a student's interest in the accounting profession. Scholarships are for tuition and books.
5.Minimum required GPA is 3.2 in accounting/business classes and an overall 3.2 GPA.

Special Criteria:
Awards: 1.Scholarships are awarded in the fall for full-time students (Fall 2013 through Summer 2014). 2.Scholarships are awarded based on a student's intent to enter the accounting profession and stay within the state of Oregon. 3.To learn more about the accounting profession, the Foundation encourages all students to become an OSCPA Student Member. Application Requirements: 1.Complete online Oregon College/University Application to include uploading un-official transcripts (through December 31, 2012).
Post Application Requirement: 1.If chosen as an OSCPA Educational Foundation scholarship recipient, you will be expected to mail official transcripts before the award will be funded.
