1. ONLINE APPLICATION: An online application including an essay of 400-900 words, a detailed description of your community involvement, volunteer work, and/or employment.
2. RECOMMENDATION FORMS: Two (2) completed Recommendation Forms, (completed by an instructor, counselor, advisor, employer, etc.). The recommendation forms must be physically submitted the RCC Foundation prior to the 2/25/2012 deadline. The Recommendation Form is located on our Forms Page on our website.
3. TRANSCRIPT (for new RCC students only): If you will be attending RCC for the first time in fall 2013, we will need to receive an official copy of your most recent transcript as part of your complete application package. If you currently attend RCC, or have in the past, we will print your transcript. Transcripts must be received in our office by the Feb. 15, 2013 deadline.
4. 2013-14 FAFSA: In order to be considered for any scholarships requiring an indication of an applicant's financial need, a 2013-14 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Financial Aid) must be submitted prior to April 1, 2013. We highly suggest that all applicants submit a FAFSA, even if you do not feel you will qualify for financial aid. Without this indication of your financial need (low to high), you will automatically be taken out of consideration for any scholarships requiring this information, even if the criteria is for a student with low financial need.
