Dual Enrollment
RCC is an educational partner of Southern Oregon University in order to better serve students. Students can apply for financial aid at their home institution and have their level of funding incorporate concurrent credits at both institutions. See Rogue Central Services for Students for more details.Students who plan to enroll in courses at RCC and another institution during the same term must either complete a “Dual Enrollment with SOU Form” or a “Non-SOU Consortium Agreement,” as appropriate. For RCC to honor your SOU credits, you must maintain at least half of your courses at RCC. For RCC to honor your credits from an institution other than SOU, you must maintain at least 6 with RCC.
Steps to follow EACH term you are dual-enrolled:
- Complete and sign the Dual Enrollment Form [PDF] (for SOU) or the Financial Aid Consortium Agreement [PDF] (for another institution) and return it to the RCC Financial Aid Office.
- Complete the transfer Course Evaluation Request Form. Make sure to attach all necessary documents. Once complete, you will return this form to RCC's Admissions & Records Office.
When returning your forms, you can either mail or fax them to the addresses as listed below:
Financial Aid Office

In addition, your financial aid funds will be held until the Financial Aid Office has received the approved Transfer Course Evaluation Request Form from the Admissions & Records Office. This process will take approximately 1-2 weeks.
