Welcome to RCC’s student loan application process
for the 2009-2010 school year (’09 Summer through ’10 Spring terms):
This application process will result in
DEBT that YOU must repay.
-
Be informed. Read carefully. Understand your options and responsibilities.
-
If you must borrow, do so responsibly as a wise investment
in your future (persist in your studies until you complete your program and
are ready for qualified entry into your career).
-
Borrow only what you
NEED, after you exhaust all other resources (agency benefits, grant aid,
scholarship aid, part-time employment, etc.).
-
Know your budget
(current and future), have clear career goals, research your earning
potential and make a commitment to complete your educational goals. Otherwise,
borrowing can easily lead to financial hardship.
-
If you need
help with your major or career planning, see your Advisor.
