FAMAT
Rogue Community College and the Rogue Community College Education Association (RCCEA) have agreed to provide a method that leads to a mutually satisfactory resolution of issues and provides orderly collective bargaining. The Faculty Association Management Advisory Team (FAMAT) provides this method by means of an open atmosphere at the College in order to accomplish the desired results. The Association and Management each select four members from their respective groups to serve on FAMAT. Please see Appendix F in the Collective Bargaining Agreement for more details.
