April 15 - Graduation Application Deadline

If you will be completing all program requirements by the end of Summer term 2009 and wish to have your name appear in the program and all graduation publications, you must apply for graduation no later than this date. Get a Graduation Application here.
June 13 - Not too late to purchase purchase Cap/Gown/Tassel

If you did not order your cap, gown and tassel set by the May 11 deadline, then you can purchase the set at the Rogue Building prior to the ceremony (5 p.m. on Saturday, June 13).  Bring $28.50 CASH ONLY (checks/debit cards or credit cards will not be accepted)

Announcements are available

You may purchase announcements at all Campus Bookstores for $.25 each.
June 8
Honor cords are available

Honor cords are available at the following locations for graduation candidates with a cumulative Rogue Community College GPA of 3.5 or higher at the end of Winter 2009:

  • ASGRCC RVC (Medford Campus), G building
  • ASGRCC RWC (Grants Pass Campus), SC building
  • Rogue Central TRC (White City Campus), Room 187

JUNE 8-9 Cap/Gown/Tassel order pick-up (only for students that ordered by May 11 deadline)

If you pre-ordered your Cap/Gown/Tassel set by the May 11 deadline you may pick-up your set at the following locations:

  • June 8, 11-1 p.m. at RVC (Medford Campus), G building lobby
  • June 9, 11-1 p.m. at TRC (White City Campus), Room 187
  • June 9, 11-1 p.m. at RWC (Grants Pass Campus), SC building

June 13, 2009
6 p.m. - Commencement ceremony for degrees and certificates

Ceremony will be on the Redwood Campus (Grants Pass) in the Marjorie Holzgang Concert Bowl. Limited seating is available.
