If you will be completing all program requirements by the end of Summer term 2008 and wish to have your name appear in the program and all graduation publications, you must apply for graduation no later than this date.

MAY 1- Announcements are available

You may purchase announcements which are available at all Campus Bookstores for $.25 each May 1 through June 12.

JUNE 10 and 11- Cap, gown and tassel

These items are available for loan at no charge.  You may pick them up on the day of the ceremony (see below) or during the designated times listed here for each Rogue Campus.  Cap and gown must be returned immediately following the ceremony.

• RVC (Medford Campus), G building, Room 213: Tuesday, June 10, 10 AM to 3:30 PM; Wednesday, June 11, 10 AM -3:30 PM.

• RWC (Grants Pass), Right wing of Rogue Building, lower level: Tuesday, June 10, 10 AM to 3:30 PM; Wednesday, June 11, 10 AM- 3:30 PM.

• TRC (White City), Rogue Central Services for Students: Available to pick-up both June 10 and 11 during normal business hours, typically 8 AM through 5 PM. You must prearrange to pick up your graduation regalia either by indicating it on your graduation application, or by calling (541)245-7501, option 3, no later than Friday, June 6.

• Honor cords, for graduation candidates with a cumulative Rogue Community College GPA of 3.5 or higher at the end of Winter Term 2008, are available for loan or for purchase. (Check your cumulative GPA) You may purchase a cord for $6 when you check out your regalia or the day of the ceremony.

• Want to watch the ceremony but can’t attend? Check back on the Rogue homepage for a streaming video the week following the ceremony.

JUNE 14, 2008
6 pm- Commencement Ceremony for Degrees and Certificates

June 12 & 14 GED Graduation

Ceremony will be on the Redwood Campus (Grants Pass) in the Marjorie Holzgang Concert Bowl. Limited seating is available.

• Graduation candidates who have checked out their cap and gown will meet at 5 PM in the Rogue Building to check in for line-up.  
• Graduation candidates who have not checked out a cap and gown prior, will need to pick up their regalia at 4:30 PM before checking in for line up.
