    Cooperative Work Experience/Seminar

    Provides students with strategies for successful experiential learning including techniques for self-monitoring and tracking progress; sustaining positive relationships with co-workers and supervisors; working with mentors; basic conflict resolution; basic strategies for career advancement; interviewing skills; and techniques for writing a skills-based resume and employment application. Also covers non-verbal communication, written and unwritten workplace policies, and positive work ethics. Prerequisites: RD30 and WR30 or appropriate placement test scores, and CS60.
