Department staff provides professional counseling services to assist students
with personal concerns that may create barriers to success. Students at Rogue
Community College may obtain short-term, solution-focused personal counseling

- Are counseling services confidential?
The RCC Counseling Department follows the ethical and legal standards of
the state of Oregon, which insures confidentiality except
in the following situations:
- You provide a written request to release information
- There is an imminent danger to yourself or others
- There is concern about child or elder abuse or neglect
- A court orders a release of your records
- How do I know whether or not I need Counseling?
We would like to encourage you to drop-in at one of the Student ACCESS Centers
and to talk to a counselor. They can help you decide if you need counseling.

or more?
