If your event is on RCC property, or if it is an RCC affiliated event off campus, then you may have it put on the RCC activities calendar on the website.

Protocol for calendar entries

• RCC-sponsored events and meetings open to the public
• Community events held at RCC
• Information regarding office closures, holidays, registration, etc.

Please submit the following information: the title and a thorough description of the event, time, place, duration, costs, web link and contact name & phone.

All entries will be reviewed by the Community Relations department prior to being posted to the calendar.
