Students will learn to use Career Base Camp and Career Pathways, Financial Literacy 101, RCC Transfer webpages, and Degree Audit, allowing them to track their progress toward completion of their degree or certificate.

Mindfulness Skills Group for RCC Students--RVC |
| Description: |
Mindfulness Skills Group is a six-week long group. Participants will learn and practice mindfulness skills. The group will meet noon-12:50 pm Tuesdays from Oct. 23-Nov 27. Group members will learn how to reduce the daily struggle in their lives, accept thoughts and feelings and become more present. The group will cover exercises such as mindfulness meditation, ways to disentangle from our thoughts, as well as education on what science has to say on mindfulness and the brain. |
