- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Books may be returned for a full refund during the first two weeks of the term for which they were purchased. New books which are unmarked will qualify for a refund during that period. No books will be refunded without a receipt. All refunds or exchanges are given at the discretion of the Bookstore staff.
- Financial Aid Charges Start:
- Tuesday, July 1, 2008 (for Summer Term)
- Buy-back Service:
- The Bookstore provides a textbook buy-back service during the last week of each term at RWC and RVC. (Days and hours posted at both stores). The decision to buy back a textbook is based on the need for that book during the following term. No buy-back for workbooks, books with software, and books with detachable pages. Books no longer used at RCC may be bought by the book wholesaler (at both RWC and RVC bookstores).
