VII.D.010

The Rogue Community College administration may permit off-campus student functions following established procedure.

Policy 020: Student Conduct

VII.D.020

The Rogue Community College administration shall establish student conduct regulations which list prohibited behaviors and possible sanctions, provide for fair warning and fair hearing, and provide a means for dealing with complaints about the conduct of any student from any staff person, student or community person.

Each college staff member has the authority and responsibility to discipline students for misconduct wherever and whenever it occurs at college activities or on the college campus.
