IV.D.010

Property and casualty coverage for Rogue Community College shall be maintained commensurate with accepted risk management principles for the education sector. Key components should include: special form property coverage for all owned buildings and personal property (or where required by contract); business income; comprehensive general liability (including educator's legal liability); auto liability and physical damage; crime coverage, and other coverage as deemed prudent. This matter is the responsibility of the President or designee.

IV.D.020

The Board of Education of Rogue Community College shall appoint insurance agents-of-record to obtain necessary insurance coverage for physical assets and for personnel coverage under the best cost conditions to the college and employees. The insurance agents-of-record shall serve on a three-year renewable basis.
